Designed a proposed multi-tenant retail building with limestone panels and brick accent exterior. Center tenant space includes a barrel vault, exposed structure with high glass.Two anchor tenant spaces at each end of the building feature a raised tower for added exterior building signage.

The addition includes a new office and dumpster enclosure to match the existing building. Site work included removal of existing dumpster and paved areas and re-worked drive-thru for better efficiency. Added additional landscaping to meet local zoning requirements.
