Architects in Common (AIC) is a Wisconsin architectural design firm located in Fond du Lac County which offers design services to a variety of customers from commercial to residential clients. AIC services include building renovation/remodel,
new construction and additions.
The founding principal, Timothy Kent, collaborated with other architects (as consultants) to form AIC. The name arose from having a love of architecture “in common.”
At Architects in Common, collaborating as a team is commonplace…a team of architects, clients, consultants and contractors working together to realize and transform a common vision or project goal into an uncommon, distinctive design “If everyone is moving forward together, then success takes care of itself” (Henry Ford). AIC works with a broad network of other architectural, engineering, construction, and MEP (mechanical, electrical and plumbing) consultants. These partnerships and collaborations support the firm’s goal of delivering high quality architectural services.
- Marc Dosogne, CEO, Boys & Girls Club of Oshkosh“Tim Kent with Architects in Common was able to work with our staff to tackle issues of club safety and re-design of our front entrances to better control access to our buildings. Tim took the time to understand the issues, present choices of solutions, and worked with contractors and staff to get the job done on time, on budget, and with a very satisfactory end result.”
